My boys are sick
What terrible timing for gastroenteritis. Glenn got hit with it last Friday, while we were in Florida and it’s still not gone. Since he first came down with it he has flown to Colorado, then Tennessee, then drove to Ontario, then yesterday drove to Buffalo and back. Yes, very bad timing.
Jonah came down with it on Sunday, the day before we left Tennessee to come back to Ontario. Yesterday was his worst day yet though. He had the runs PLUS he puked five times and was lethargic, whiney, and had no appetite for most of the day. I got paranoid about dehydration and bought some electrolyte solution, which he has partially kept down.
Today is bad too. He has only slept, sipped liquids while barely awake, and has had several diaper explosions - his worst ones yet.
The timing isn’t bad just because of our travelling, but more importantly, because Carla, Jon & Jed flew into Ontario from B.C. last night. If my boys don’t get better quick, we’re not going to get to see them… can’t risk getting our family members sick too, especially while they are travelling.
Grrrrrrr! In the wise words of my father… “Sometimes life sucks!”
Here are two pictures taken of Jonah yesterday. If you know him, you’ll know how strange these pictures are – yes, Jonah is lying still.

This is crap!
Sherri has neglected to mention that it's HER birthday tomorrow! God, bring a miracle on and make these boys well!
I haven't seen you guys in so long - I want to squeeze and smooch my nephew, but I don't want to be the catalyst for another unfortunate explosion!
With any luck everyone will be feeling better tomorrow - Uncle Bob and I miss you guys!
