Is that the number of days since my last blog? No, not quite, but it sure feels like it. It’s actually the number of steps I have to climb every day to get from my car to work. Yes, I have a new job! I’ll be working Monday to Friday for at least 34 hours per week between a JK class and SK class of a daycare. Jonah is technically going to the daycare where I work, but he is in a different building from me. That’s probably for the best for now and by the spring, he’ll be old enough to move over where I am.

Jonah started at the new centre last Thursday and had a great day. Friday was great too, and so was today! I’m thrilled about that! His sleep has been really messed up though, which pretty much coincided with his first day at the new daycare. Last night he was awake in bed from 8:30pm until nearly 11pm. Then he was up by 5:45am but managed to go back to sleep from 6:30am-8am. I’m wondering if he’s like me – his brain is too busy figuring out all the changes going on that he can’t rest?! [I really don’t want him to be growing out of his nap yet!] We also shipped our couch off to some friends because we needed more room for the new business Glenn has started. [More on that later.] And Grandpa has been doing renovations on the house as well. I suppose Jonah could be very confused right now!

Anyway, there have been a ton of things that have come and gone that I have wanted to blog about and maybe I’ll catch up on some of them eventually. Maybe not. After all, I need to start Christmas shopping! And then there’s dh guitar string jewelry…
