Help Make Cancer History
Family and friends of ours have participated in the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life for a few years. I thought it would be a good idea this year to convince my Mom to do the Survivor’s Lap so that we could celebrate her victory over breast cancer two years ago. So on Friday night, my parents, husband, and brother all made it over there and were able to walk the lap with her. It was a powerful event.
It is unbelievable how many people have been affected by cancer in some way. Help make cancer history by supporting the Canadian Cancer Society today! (Or your country’s equivalent.)

Here we are doing the Survivor's Lap with Mom. Yes, Mark and Dad are dressed alike. I wonder if they planned it? Sorry I don't know how to edit photos, or maybe I just don't have photo-editting software on my computer... can't cut out the lovely lady hugging Glenn's Aunt Grace. Oh, just noticed Glenn is missing from the picture. Where are you, babe?
