July August Picture Summary

Jonah and Daddy went to the
Canada Day Fireworks Celebration

I found a huge caterpillar in our new backyard
and if you look on the adjacent leaf,
you can see its huge poop.

Jonah really enjoyed trying out his old
stroller before passing it along to baby.

Jonah helped Nanny & Poppy put
baby's crib together

Jonah LOVES bubbles. Uncle Mark blew some
while Jonah danced around popping them

This is a seriously historical moment for a couple reasons.
This is his first nap cuddling with his sibling.
This is the first time he fell asleep at the
dinner table, apart from infancy.


Homemade pizza! A family favorite.

Jonah kept busy with flour long after
the pizza dough was prepared.

A brave jump and some summer swimming in an Auntie's pool

We're definitely tired of waiting for baby. Jonah wanted to try out baby's crib. He has donated his bear 'Bradley' to the new baby as well as the blanket I crocheted for him back when I was waiting for him to arrive! Jonah is also very excited about the baby's arrival. It's so fun to see how excited he is! (Note: If you are the downhere fan that sent this bear to Jonah, let us know... we have NO IDEA where it came from, except that it was mailed to the band's management company.)

We bought a lot of food at the local farmer's market
and ate every last bit. Well, we still have some
onion, potato and sweet potato left.
